Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant usually prescribed for obsessive-compulsive disorder. It can have a multitude of side effects and myalgias (muscle pain and stiffness) is a common one though I wouldn't expect it to occur on just one side. 10 mg is a small dose so less likely to cause side effects. Did you injure your arm or sleep on it wrong? If this doesn't improve see your doctor.
