A friend has a massive bruise on her leg and appeared out of nowhere since 3 days ago. it's getting worse instead of better. she does have serious stomach issues like dark tarry stools, intermittent stomach pain, etc. but how to address this bruise?

What you described suggests a problem with clotting of blood and your friend is at risk of internal bleeding. She should seek medical with her doctor. If one is not readily available, take her to an ER.
