Shared razors or other personal hygiene items is one of those theoretical risks for HIV that probably has never resulted in actual HIV transmission. That said, of course it is best to avoid using such items that others have used. But the infection risk is much more for common colds, flu, and skin bacteria (staph, strep), and maybe viral hepatits than for HIV.
