Contamination of the urine specimen by vaginal contents can do this. Do you have vaginitis? I recommend having a careful repeat clean catch urinalysis accompanied by a microscopic examination of the urine sediment. If your urine culture & colony count was indeed negative & you have no symptoms it doesn't need to be repeated. I predict your specimen won't have significant amount ofwhite blood cell
