Go to the app Cronometer and enter all u eat and drink and do for a few days and it should become clear what you need to do. Almost always it is eat fewer calories. Starts to work in one day.

My favorite weight loss pill is aerobic (cardio) exercise for 30 minutes/day and increasing the water intake - 6-8 cups/day and controlling dietary intake - eating whole foods and limiting concentrated sweets. Most weight loss pills have significant and uncomfortable side effects and they are not recommended.
