Why am i bleeding 2 weeks after my periods?

On occasion, two follicles (eggs) will be mature and ovulate simultaneously, which raises the estrogen levels just prior to the drop before ovulation, producing bleeding just as what causes bleeding during actual menstruation, although generally not as much in volume.

The timing suggests that this bleeding is associated with the hormone fluctuations that occur during ovulation. The timing should be very predictable, about 2 weeks BEFORE your periods, and the bleeding should be relatively light. If this is not the case then you should consult a gynecologist to check for other causes of the bleeding.
