I noticed i have a few splinter hemorrhages on each thumb near the tip. i do worry about this being a sign of cancer or other systemic issue ( lupus , sclarodoma, etc). i am a 42 year old male with health anxiety. any insight is appreciated?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you do not have any other symptoms, you may watch and wait. If you get fever, see a doctor. The "splinter" hemorrhage may from minor trauma.
