If i have my fourth booster dose in early 2023 and go on a holiday in june or july that year, how vulnerable would i be to covid?

In general, although "boosters" do protect against severe complications with hospitalization, "breakthrough" infections with COVID-19 are possible, with usually minor symptoms.

No matter how many booster shots you receive you can still get an infection, although it will be mild. Get your booster within six months of travel and know the environment of your travel destination and the makeup of the people you will be in contact with.
