My liver enzymes are moving from 30 to 100 from sometime up and down from 4 months recently i get tested positive for ana - 1:100 now i am panicking do i have aih autoimmune hepatitis?

If you do not take any medication, not using alcohol and not obese, liver enzyme (I assume ALT or SGPT) should not be abnormal. Positive ANA is not specific and quite common, especially with low titer; however, in your case you should see a GI doctor or better a hepatologist for further investigation.
