This CBC result indicates you have mild to moderate anemia with small red cells, likely due to iron deficiency. Mild elevated platelet count and high MPV are usually seen in anemia.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are consistent with iron deficiency anemia, not uncommon in women of reproductive age. Take oral iron and multivitamins and talk to your doctor. Wish you good health!
