Pearly penile papules are a normal feature of some men's penises. No treatment is needed. If they are cosmetically bothersome (you just don't like the appearance), see a dermatologist to consider whether a cosmetic procedure might be necessary. Otherwise, ignore this if you are certain of the diagnosis.

They are totally benign and in overwhelming majority cause no problems. and need no treatment. Cauterization is not worth it as there is a chance it might cause small scars
