Next time please do not use abbreviation of your health condition when posting a question. If you are not pregnant and you have a history of oligomenorrhea, missing one cycle is not rare. You need to be active, eating nutritious meals and avoid stress. If you miss three cycles consecutively and pregnancy is ruled out, you should see a doctor by then, not now.
