Normal pulmonary arteries should be patent so it means the CT angiogram rules out the presence of clots in the pulmonary arteries, i.e. no pulmonary embolism.

Arteries are open with blood flowing normally, make sure you discuss full report with ordering /treating doc, as work up may still be needed in order to explain your symptoms.
