This is a rather nonspecific symptom. I would start with an examination by your MD of your breasts, rib cage, lungs & heart. It could be a.musculoskeletal issue if rib cage tenderness is found. There may be some breast tenderness from fibrocystic changes. Heart& lung pathology are.much less likely causes of your discomfort. A chest and spot X-Ray of the rib cage may be advised depending
