I have some chest pain (facing forward right side) anatomically left side an it hurts worse after sleeping an my boobs being on my chest. any ideas what it is? no other symptoms. sort of feel the pain during the day, but very minimal?

This is a rather nonspecific symptom. I would start with an examination by your MD of your breasts, rib cage, lungs & heart. It could be a.musculoskeletal issue if rib cage tenderness is found.
