My hemaglobin is 7.5 i don't feel well . i'm dizzy , weak and have shortness of breath. i can't afford a dr and i'm not wanting to go to the er. iron supplements make me sick. what can i do?

How serious this is depends a lot on the cause of your severe anemia (low hemoglobin), but it could be quite dangerous, especially if your hemoglobin has dropped quickly to such low levels.
