How serious this is depends a lot on the cause of your severe anemia (low hemoglobin), but it could be quite dangerous, especially if your hemoglobin has dropped quickly to such low levels. Please see the Emergency room, the cause of your symptoms should be determined. Urgent care is an option, and is often less expensive and covered by insurance. Watch for signs of fainting, blood in sputum, and vomiting.
