Noticed a bite? on my right ankle march 27,2022 ..taken 7 days of amoxicillin clavulanate, then 7 days of cefalexin afforded no relief, ..noted an area of necrotic tissue on the medial side of my ankle but the stinging pain persists .any suggestion?

Sounds like you need to see a doctor in person. This is not the forum to answer such a question. You need a details in-person examination. In some areas, antibiotics are unfortunately sold without a doctor's recommendation, which can cause widespread resistance. Generally one does not use Amoxicillin clavulanate for skin infections. Cefalexin can be used for some skin infections, but not all.
