I had unprotected sex friday night. i am on the combination birth control pill. i was just prescribed amoxicillin-pot clavulanate. could it mess with my birth control pill and make me ovulate and possibly become pregnant from the sex i had 2 days ago?

Antibiotics do not make women ovulate. In theory they may reduce the effectiveness of low-dose pills, but this is exceedingly rare. There is no chance of conception in this situation; don't worry about it.
