Blood pressure is 85/61 pulse 69. room is spinning should i be concerned?

What is your baseline average blood pressure? If this is an accurate blood pressure & you're experiencing those symptoms you should proceed to the emergency room for prompt evaluation,appropriate testing & treatment. Low BP can be caused by cardiac issues,severe anemia, sepsis among other things.

Unless you are hypertensive and having medication rxtn, more likely having inner ear issues and urgent care is indicated
