Can high blood pressure cause tinnitus? both of these are new to me, i'm getting a monitor for bp next?

"Research published in the NCBI found that 44.4% of people with tinnitus also had hypertension." High pressure in the small blood vessels can cause tinnitus. Check BP, sitting and standing, daily to determine its level as well as one's intravascular fluid status. Aim for BP of 110-125 systolic BP (the upper number). See one's doctor to determine the cause of hypertension at a young age.
