Increase your water intake and reduce spicy food and if the meatus area is red apply some OTC cortisone cream. If not better in a few days see your MD

If you had unprotected sex or trauma to penis than see your doctor. If this continues any longer don't wait and seek help .In the meantime keep area clean wash with warm water.
