I wonder if your left breast or your chest vibrates because heart palpitation can mimic the vibrating feeling. If that feeling recurs frequently, you should see your family doctor. A hint: If you take a deep breath, hold your breath and bear down like straining and that feeling goes away, palpitation is the cause.

If you're adept at taking your pulse at the time of the vibration sensation and note racing or skipping, it would point to a cardiac rhythm abnormality as a cause of palpitations as suggested by Dr. Le. If not synchronous with your heart beat, it's most likely an irritable nerve or muscle. These usually resolve after a short time. See your MD.if symptom persists.
