HOLD ON: do not use the Elicon yet..it contains a steroid which might not be useful if what you are decribing is an INFECTION ..Try some moist warm packs to the area and if the redness spreads you need to have a real (not virtual) exam and treatment by your PCP or GYN! Hope this helps! DR Z BTW a local antibiotic cream/ointment might be useful in between soaks (Soak every TWO HRS)
