Hi im trying to find out why is that my kneecaps turn inward when i stand normally with my feet pointing forward but once i turn my feet outward my kneecaps are facing forward/ straight?

Knock knees (genu valgum) is a condition in which the knees tilt inward while the ankles remain spaced apart. The condition is slightly more common in girls, though boys can develop it too. ref: https://www.childrenshospital.org/conditions/knock-knees
