If i have a serious case of penile mondor's for a long time like many years will it be a concern? also if i have a blood clot in my penis will this cause blood clots in other parts of your body?

No, there is no association between Mondor's disease and systemic venothrombotic disease such as APS, protein C&S deficiency, etc. Past history of Mondor's disease is not relevant to your current health.
