That only happens if you have retrograde ejaculation; otherwise, semen will not enter the bladder without ejaculation, either awake or sleep. At times, urine may be cloudy, especially when it is concentrated. You can only confirm semen in the urine by inspecting urine under a microscope and confirm the presence of sperms.

Abstaining from sex/masturbation would not result in cloudy urine. You may wish to get your urine tested to rule out crystals or an infection. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
