Healing Takes Time: Hard to say why you are having a bile leak without knowing the anatomical details about your liver surgery. Be patient and give it some more time, but you may require internal catheter drainage (endoscopic or percutaneous) to help this resolve. Sometimes they have to change/upsize the drains to help direct the flow of bile and to heal the tract. Talk to your surgeon.
