Hi. been having difficulty breathing and irregular heartbeat the past 3 weeks. the breathing is worse if i lay down. it started after a tooth extraction 3 weeks ago (they had to remove some of my gums that was infected around the tooth). any tips?

Your symptoms are serious and it those symptoms are related to the tooth extraction, acute endocarditis (heart valve infection) and heart failure need to be ruled out. However, a significant pulmonary infection can also cause those symptoms but fever and cough are also present. You need to go to ER right away.
