Cranberry-cherry : Juice may help. Google more info online. Avoidance of a lot of good food/drink is the key to preventing gouty attacks- seafood , legumes , nuts , alcohol, spicy foods etc. Drink lots of water to prevent uric acid stone formation.

Sour Cherry but not regular cherry. Stop chicken and turkey plus fish which have the highest protein than beef. In medical books states wrongfully beef; and avoid alcohol.

None: Cherry juice isn't bad or just stick with water. Alcohol is not good when you have gout.
