It should be accurate because the urine HCG concentration is high enough with a 20-day fetus (35 days (7 weeks) minus 14 days (ovulation time) = 21+/-1 days if you conceived with that intercourse. Although urine pregnancy test strips vary in their sensitivity so false negative result may occur but I doubt at this fetus's age. Negative result means you are not pregnant.
