Clopidogrel is prescribed mainly for post stroke, heart attack and present/post pad. a person who is hypertensive with multiple moderate/high mg. meds can maybe benefit form clopidogrel in the absence of a heart attack? off label possible?

Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication and is used "off label" under supervision of a cardiologist for treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD). Consult with a cardiologist for individual risk potentials.
