Wow! Bad piercing: This must not have been a normal piercing and I have never heard of a complicated piercing resulting in an amputation. That having been said, it must be a very unusual wound and while normal intercourse may be permitted after most penile surgical procedures by 6-8 weeks, this is not your typical wound and i would discuss with your surgeon.W.
