I seems that every time i have a physical exam, my testicles pull up tight in my scrotum so the doctor cannot really examine them well. they usually hang down low at other times. does anxiety cause the scrotum to contract and pull the testicles up?

Anxiety and cold room could be contributing to this. There is not much to examine in the testes in a man of your age. Next time you see your doctor mention your concern to her/him. Wish you good health!
