No problem. What his system does not need as dietary calcium will be pushed out in his poop. I wouldn't worry about this exposure. I would make an effort to school him on what he is allowed to eat and what he must leave alone. Toxic overdoses are common at that age.

One Calcium soft chew intake should not be a problem, but this may indicate that medications, including all supplements, caustic agents such as bleach, cleaning fluids and detergent should be placed out of reach and/or locked. Toddlers are curious and able to climb. Poison control number stickers should be available. Fp;;pw up with PCP.
