Many causes: There are many causes, including medications, tension headaches, stress, etc. The good thing is that the MRI did not show any worrisome finding. You should consult your dr for the aprropriate treatments.

The list is long!: There is a great number of things that can cause headache and lightheadedness, from a common cold, to anemia, to stress. An MRI would most often be normal in this clinical situation. I recommend you seek the care of a primary care physician if these symptoms are bothersome or persistent.
