I use soolantra (ivermectin) q.h.s. for rosacea. i'm adding differin (adapalene) for papules/clogged pores; it says that should be q.h.s. also, at least 1 hr before bed. how far apart do i space them, to maximize benefit/minimize contraindications?

The term "at least one hour before bed" will allow the adapalene to be taken an hour or so after your evening meal, and then the ivermectin can be taken a few hours later, prior to retiring.
