A TSH which is this low can indicate Graves disease, a type of hyperthyroidism resulting in high levels of thyroid hormone (T3 or T4) which can cause a number of symptoms. Get a referral to an endocrinologist for guidance.

Should check levels of T4,T3.Ascertain if you have a goiter and symptoms of hyperthyroidism. If you are taking biotin it could interfere with the TSH.At any rate it appears that you have an autoimmune thyroid disease.
