Should I start taking immune boosters before testing positive for covid 19 (ie Vitamin C, Vitamin D & zinc)? I.e can they be taken beforehand or should it only be taken if tested positive for the virus?
I have been home for over 14 days after positive Covid. I visited the doctor last week Monday & took a Bco injection to boost my system. I'm still taking the vitamins, (efferflu) Vitamin C, Zinc & echinacea but still extremely weak what do I do?
I was diagnosed with covid 19 on the 5th started showing symptoms on the 3rd of Jan. How long is my isolation period and should my family test after 7days or they must steam and take vitamins if not showing symptoms?
