Pregnancy is very less likely with this scenario. Assume that sperm could get in the uterus yesterday even you were still protected with kyleena then you ovulate tomorrow and one sperm can fertilize an egg but the implantation can't happen because your uterine lining is not ready for that with history of 2 week bleeding. So you can see the impossibility, chance is extremely low.

If the "two weeks of bleeding" were related to the position of the IUD, the removal may have made pregnancy possible. If the bleeding continues, get a serum HCG test, as pregnancy with an IUD out of place is also possible, and may occur outside the uterus (ectopic). If the HCG is positive , see your GYN for guidance and additional testing.
