Several diagnoses come to mind, but the first is shingles which is best treated very quickly after symptoms start. Consider a visit to urgent care if your PCP is not available. Other causes of localized blisters could be poorly fitting shoes, contact with an allergen such as poison ivy (usually itchy rather than burning), other dermatitis.
