Burning: Burning can indicate different things from dermatitis to neuropathic changes. The blisters can indicate a reaction to something the boot is made with to a fungal infection. Fungus can cause both the burning as well as the blisters. See your podiatrist as a complete history is needed here , then a diagnosis can be made.
