I am sorry that you’re going through this. It is difficult to determine without the full story, a physical exam, lab work and so forth. This forum is for education. If you think that you are pregnant you can always take a pregnancy test. Possible reasons: fibroid, polyps, infection, pregnancy, hormonal imbalances such as thyroid hormone, and etc. Best course of action schedule an appt w/obgyn.

Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
