A member asked:

Hello, at what week of pregnancy would the pregnancy definitely show at a routine transvaginal ultrasound? so, if there is no reason to suspect a pregnancy, when would it be impossible to overlook it in a routine ultrasound? thank you very much?

At between 4 and 6 weeks of pregnancy, the uterus will show identifiable evidence of an intrauterine pregnancy, if the ultrasound is done via a "transvaginal" process with a full bladder.
