The maximum daily dose for Meloxicam is 15mg. A higher dose can be dangerous and can give GI side effects, heart, kidneys and liver abnormalities and also interactions with other medications. Blood pressure and hydration are very important to be monitored. No Meloxicam for the next 48 hours minimum is indicated. In general overdoses are rare.
