Does inhaling cleaning products cause any problem? i inhaled a cloth which we use for cleaning purpose. it have been dipped in cleaning chemical for bathroom tiles also dipped with detergents powder does it cause any harm inhaling it for few seconds?

Inhaling a cloth would choke almost anyone up I would think. I would depend on the stuff in the cloth. Read stuff bottle and you can call poisoning hotliine.

The chemicals may irritate the lining of the airways. A brief exposure is less likely to cause long term issues, but the composition of the chemicals is not specified. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and chest pain.
