The general recommendations is to take NO supplements but eat a good diet and get everything that way. The DASH diet is the best. Those who sell supplements AKA snake oils do not have to show that they are safe OR that the do what they sas they do. And they can add anything to them that they think may help people feed better including Viagara and testosterone. BEWARE.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
