I have been having excessive eye twitching that has lasted over 3 weeks. a few days a week they stop. i've been having all of sudden chest pain maybe due to gas or anxiety. i've been very anxious and stressed lately. noticed my eye lashes grow weird?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Start with a primary care provider for an initial assessment and to ascertain if you may need to see a specialist. Wish you good health!
