Why would i have clear fluid coming from my nipples and also feels like little bumps under my nipples and chest and been having some chest pain?

Bilaterally nipple discharge in man is abnormal and usually caused by an endocrine disorder. You should see your doctor for a breast exam and blood test. Some medications may cause nipple discharge so I wonder if you take any medication at all.

Since the discharge is from both nipples breast cancer is a less likely possibility. An endocrine or glandular disorder is more likely unless medication is a cause. Lumpy feeling nipples can be caused by blockages in ducts. Breast soreness can occur. I recommend consulting a breast surgeon for evaluation and appropriate testing.
