Follow...: Most likely, your described scenario is long foreskin-related. There would be no cure but modification with gentle regular cleansing and drying without harsh soap of agent. If looking like being infected, apply anti-fungal cream with 1% hydrocortisone lightly daily after above care. If the bother persists, circumcision would be the choice of effective long-term care.
