During the current pandemic with COVID-19, it is more likely that decreased small/taste is related to a COVID-19 infection than it is for ADHD as the result of a fall. Obtain a PCR test for COVID -19 which may answer this question. Otherwise, see a neurologist for evaluation of your symptoms.
