A member asked:

On cycle day 11, 19x16mm follicle in right ovary and 8x10mm in left ovary is indicating good for getting pregnant? is there any chance of twins?

There is always a chance for twins even if there is only one egg. The egg can split early and form identical twins. There is much that is involved in becoming pregnant but ovulating is certainly necessary and, at least superficially, two eggs are better than one.

Right ovary follicle has good chance of successful ovulation and pregnancy. Left ovarian follicle will grow on average 2mm a day. Optimum size for ovulation is 18-30mm. Hope it helps.
